Terrible Signal on Alba Freeview Box and I've Only Moved One Mile Down The Road. Why?

The signal is never better than 50% and when it reaches 45% the TV begins to jump or stop altogether. Channels work for a little bit and then begin to stop and sometimes none of the channels work at all. I'm higher than before and literally less than a mile down the road. I had no troubles until moving into new accomodation.
Any ideas on how to make it any better or resolve it fully would be great!
Thank you.

Unless you took your TV aerial (and all of the associated cabling!) with you, which would seem to be highly unlikely, that's the one big change which will have occurred when you moved. Get a better aerial!

buy new free view box
Since moving have you done a master reset on your free view box so It searches for all the channels again like you did when you first bought it? If you have just plugged it in a new areal You will have to re search for all the channels again, you should find option to do this on the menu of your free view box.

Thank you everyone!
Yes, I have done a master reset and the first time it found only half the channels. I did it again and it was much more successful.
You may have to move the aerial .
