Not sure what you can do, but do not think that there is any minimum wage law covering people of your age. Would you work for as little as 1 penny per hour?
Paper rounds - the exercise is good for you and you get paid for it.
Ask at a few shops- some employ people of your age but there are restrictions on how many hours you can work.
Or try doing odd jobs like washing cars or weeding gardens for neighbours- push some leaflets through doors.
Firstly, make sure that you know the rules which employers must observe. It's illegal for anyone to employ you for more than 5 hours on a Saturday, or for more than 2 hours on a Sunday. Further, any employer must obtain a permit from your local education authority (which means that your school must give permission):

Most big companies won't employ young people who've not yet reached school-leaving age because of concerns over such things as insurance. You'll probably need to ask around market stall-holders, newsagents, independent 'corner shops', hairdressers, etc.

However it's worth remembering that there are no legal restrictions upon you being self-employed. You could offer a car-washing, dog-walking or ironing service without any restrictions.

Once the legalities are out the way you could try your local social club (not night club lol) as a glass collector.

Both myself and my brother did this when we were growing up.
