This is utterly ridiculous

It appears for a select few that crime does pay.

We need to ditch outside influence on this country and apply our own laws where and how we see fit and not be forced by others into even tolerating these claims and subsequent payouts.

Just because someone composes a selective list that suits their view doesnt mean they are correct

most of these conventions are now outside of our control so we are as good as forbidden to make changes that suit us in the year 2011.

Are any of these agreements called The British/UK bill of blah blah blah ?
The word European says it all, and just like the EU wants for its Empire, one size doesnt fit all.

We need our own bill of right /conventions etc that suits us and the way we see fit to run things in this country.

bills that dont let convicted criminals gain large amounts of money whilst in prison for whatever reason etc etc etc

But the UK was instrumental in the creation of the European Bill of Human Rights.

It couldn't pracitally be named the European Bill of Human Rights UK Edition).

If you've been presented with a list of items which support an argument, then surely the response is to refute with your own evidence?
<<The word European says it all>>

Does it? Says all what exactly?

You mean like 'european champions' or 'european goldfinch', 'european ibex', 'european institute', 'european journal of applied psychology'?

No sorry. Prejudice betrayed by your thoughtless generalisation.
Last year I remember Ian Huntley who killed those two girls, Holly and Jesica putting in a claim for injuries sustained in an attack in prison by other inmates. I never did hear the outcome of this but I suppose he was one of those paid out?
