HI, can any one tell me if someone goes into prison can they have their mobile phone contract frozen untill such time when released ? thanks.

Sorrry, it's not something I looked into when I took out my last contract. It may depend on your mobile provider's Ts and Cs

No, the telephone provider will view the customers imprisonment as their own fault (their decision to commit the crime, even though they may not have if on bail), not theirs. They will still expect paying.
