I've not heard about oats - but did hear that crushed aspirin made into a paste worked well

really!? now i have some of that. i never ever get spots...ever.....and this is an under the skin sore kind of one :0( so she said that helped inflammation...

i think shes serious...then again people bath in oats for chicken pox dont they to help inflammation x
Quite an old fashioned remedy - oatmeal face packs. Meant to improve the skin and soften and sooth it. Hower, I don't know whether it would actually have any effect on the spots..
Sudocrem tinkerbell! Apply over a few days last thing at night & just see the difference!
Oats are supposed to be a good exfolient - i've tried it a few times but it ain't worth it IMO - specially for a bloke. It took forever to wash the bloody stuff out of me stubble !
Toothpaste should dry it up. I sometimes get these spots - the chemist said that it was hormones that caused them. They hurt quite a bit.
