Can my ex-partner get away with cancelling his standing order with the CSA for my maintenence payments?

His payments were inconsistent anyway but now he has totally cancelled them altogether, what powers does the law have to make him pay and keep paying regulary?

if your ex is working the CSA have the ability to issue an attachment of earnings order.This is a document which instructors your exes employer to deduct his child support payments and pay them directly to CSA.

his employers are legally obliged to action this.
