Morning all. Typical British weather here in Notts, rained most of yesterday when every body was off work and things were happening all over the place, most people are back at work today and the skies are blue, and the sun is shining.

sugar overload....had my baking head on over the weekend to practice cupcakes...there are not many left.... and all the toffee muffins went....takes me a couple of das to normalise after such a big hit...

I'm doing very well at the moment, thank you. Since the headstone went on her grave, I seem to have had a great weight lifted off my shoulders. A work colleague whom lost his wife 2 and a half years ago asked me if I had done the best I could for her and I said yes he said then that is the reason why you feel that way. I have met up with some old friends from when I was in the RAF as an 17/18 year old and we have been bringing each other 'up to date' and that has been a great fillip going over old memories. I am, however, taking each day as it comes and making the most of the good.
