ive recently joined the gym because i am fat. i have been going 5 days a week & i feel good. however when i leave the gym I start the day by eating healthy then i go eat rubbish. can anyone suggest proper healthy meals other than fruit n veg...what meals are healthy? i really want to lose a few stone

Fish, pasta, rice, grilled chicken and wholemeal bread would be some of the basics.
reduce your carb intake ... (and of course, the naughty but niceys too!)

dont know if youve seen them, but theres a few helpful threads on here in weightloss and dieting..

yeah i just posted in there as I realised i put this in the wrong place. Ive been reading through posts just now x
im trying to lose some weight aswell help-me-please,
and aswell as being careful with my food intake, i do about 15mins-30mins of this video for a bit of exercise of an evening,
