do you get a no claims discount on household insurance?

my friend asked if I could claim for some stuff for her on my insurance and I don't want my premium to go up next year as a result of it.

Whilst there is no official no claims bonus scheme as applies to vehicles, when it comes to renewal, all insurers will ask you if you have had a claim in the last 5 years - if you answer yes, they will ask how much and what for. Unsuprisingly, this will push your premium up.
If I am reading your question correctly your friend has asked YOU to claim on YOUR insurance for HER property. To do this could be viewed as a fraudulent claim.

Several companies offer a no claims discount on household insurance.
