Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi

I have started going to the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi after a swim, and I wondered if anyone knows the correct sequence to do these three things? Logic would suggest that you start in the saunam, as it opens the pores, then the steam room, as it would clean the pores, and then the jacuzzi to relax and unwind at the end. Is this correct? Also, does anyone know the full health benefits of these three things, particularly the jacuzzi? Thanks.

There are no health benefits whatsoever to a jacuzzi - the few inches above the water are teeming with bacteria which you can't help but breathe in.

You are sitting in very hot water which has perhaps been used by very dirty people. To combat this the water is full of chemicals.

I used to enjoy using one at my very expensive health club - until it caused a nasty rash which took literally weeks to heal. I wouldn't go near one now.

So really you only need to have and sauna or steam room then jacuzzi, however the sequence you are doing incorporates variety before your jacuzzi.
