sophie - no that is from the south coast but when visiting my aunts in the midlands I would quote their number for them - 49596. Can't remember what I had for lunch though
I think what did for Ratners was when Gerald Ratner said their jewellery was cr*p. I think that might have been the expression but I might be wrong...
Yeah that's what my mum said! Why would anyone do that??
