How do shake the virus from my pc??

Help folks, if you can, i´ve had this frigiing virus now for a few days now. I´ve tried the malwarebytes, also my anti virus thingy. it just wont shift.
symptoms it keeps crashing, it only happens when i use my dongle, no problem in wi-fi bars.

What makes you think it's a virus then, rather than a problem with the dongle or the drivers for it?

as you can see, i´m not the most technically gifted of people.
you have a point, looks like i´ll have to visit the Yoigo(the dongle owners)

i´m no expert, but my gut feeling is that there is a virus, because the problem is now occuring in the w-fi bar. i must have got about 10 prompts from my anti-virus telling me theres a malware. so i think i have to do another malwarebyte clean later

What anti-virus are you running?

hi rojash, i´m using the avira anti-virus.
anyway i just dont another malwarebytes scan, i´d done a quick scan, which revealed 8trojans, then i done a full scan, and found another 2 trojans. hopefully i´m sorted now.
if not, i´m going to scream!!!

hi fiesata, thanx for that, but i´m now back where i started from. pc will not open now, every time i switch it on, i get the black screen, then in large words please wait, then a huge oval shaped circle, i´m then asked for my username and password, these things i dont have, all i´ve ever had to use has been a password. this problem ocurred a week ago, but by the time i to a pc shop, the screen returned to normal!!. due to living in spain, and the long holiday, i can do nothing til monday!!
i´m now using the local libarary´s ice age pc
