Yes he is a terrible manager.

He only won the double last year. And last year Chelsea were the first team since 1963 to score over 100 goals in a season.

Admiitedly this year has not gone so well - but they did have a massive clear out at the end of last season losing players such as Ballack, Deco, Carvalho, Joe Cole and Bellitti
