Hey All, Iam now thinking about leaving car sales and looking for a job as an estate agent. Has anybody ever done this? Or if not I'd love to get some pointers/opinions from estate agents?

With the housing market looking like going into a slump now might not be a good time to think about taking a permanent job with an estate agency.  If they have to cut staff, it might be a case of LIFO  (Last In, First Out).  However, if you're really keen on the idea, why not ask a couple of your local estate agents if they're looking for Week-end staff?   Then you could dip your toe in the water and get a feel for it without risking your current day job.

It's easiest to sell houses with Your Move, and they have computers interlinked throughout the whole of the UK, and beyond.

You can match anyone anywhere.

I worked there for eight months in Long Eaton, then they made me redundant because the house sales were going down a bit.
