If a woman's supposed daily intake of calories is 1,500 - what if you do not move at all to burn them all up ? I wonder what calories would be required for an adult to just breath, sleep, think etc etc

Don't forget that all your internal workings keep going, blood circulates, breathe, heart beats, etc - they all need energy, I'd say that's your 1500. I understood that a good intake for a woman has been revised to 2000 calories a day?

Hey that's great pasta ! Thanks !
its not an exact science though, it depends on the individual, some people will gain weight if they eat the daily intake regardless of whether they exercise or not, some people need 1500 to break even some people wont gain weight if they eat 3000 calories a day

lucky gits..
