You probably wont get one free product to do all of that.

But malwarebytes is an excellent free product to get rid of spyware / malware.

Well known anti virus products include Avast, AVG and Microsoft Security Essentials.

Note: Some anti-virus products also look for some spyware / malware. I know Microsoft Security Essentials does.
