Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

How to do Telegraph griddlers

I'm attempting one for the first time, and I just want to know what order the clues need to be filled in.

Eg, on the right hand side of the grid there is a "4.13" clue - does this mean that the "4" block is to the left of the "13" block, or the right?

And at the bottom of the grid there is a "21.9" clue, is the "21" block above the "9", or below?

I understand the general strategy, I just can't work this bit out. Many thanks!

Any ideas? It's the Sunday Telegraph one, number 1069.

been a long time since I saw one of those but, from memory, the horizontal numbers are as the blocks look in the grid starting left to right. I think the vertical numbers at the bottom are similar and work from top down.
