Should he be culprable to the people of these shores and the USA
England for the murder of PC Yvonne Fletcher?
Scotland and the USA for the Lockerbie bombing?
He was in the Libyan Embassy the day this W PC was murdered so surely he would be party to what had gone on as she was shot from within that building
He was a close confidante of the Libyan leader so he would know quite a lot about the Lockerbie disaster and finally, why here?
Have we offered him a safe haven in return for information?
