How can I get copies of my mother's bank balance from Feb. 2009 too time of her death April,2009?

Who was dealing with her finances during this period?

My sister's name was on account to pay bills because my mother no longer do so. Their were no Power of Attorney or nothing. My father pasted in Feb.,2009 left my mother about $ 180,000.00 two months later my mom past.

I presume you are in the US cws. This is basically a UK site. You need help from somebody who knows your US laws.

Tamborine even in the UK you can't gain information about a bank account by producing a death certificate, unless you are next of kin and had Power of Attorney.

I did for my mum's account, to pay for her funeral & household bills.

cws Mother died in 2009. The account will be closed and the bank will not disclose any information. If there is a dispute about money that has been taken out of her account, cws will need to take legal advice.
