Can anyone help me regarding reed fragrance defusers

I bought a pack of the fragrance and reeds for Christmas and now the fragrance has run out, does anyone know if I could add water to essentials oils to make my own, if so what would be the quantities. Any help appreciated

yes I do my own 4 or 5 drops topped up with water for most oils like lavender or neroli but to personal taste really it doesn,t matter that much

Many thanks for replying, will try this, do not want to throw the old reads away, it seemed excessive - will try this.

works better with a little vodka and essential oils as it penetrates the reeds better
