On Comic Relief just after Jimmy Carr`s spot they had a montage of things the charity does in this country, the background music is a track that i've been chasing for a while but don't know the title or artist can anyone help please

Will see if I can find anything on BBC iPlayer tomorrow as there will doubtless be a highlights programme, interspersed with several montages.
