Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

The theme today is footballers i have found most of them but I am beaten for three!! First one ???D?R?O?D (10) second is ?C???G?T?N (10) and the last is H?S?E?(6) I would be moat grateful for any help Thank you in anticipation kjsgran

Are you sure of the letters in no1 because it could be Underwood if the first question mark is wrong

Many thanks Oldred and alexanderd I think all my letters righr for the ten letter one As the across is McNaughton which give me the the third letter A whic is the second ltter of the one I am stuck with Thank tou for your help again will keep searching kjsgran

Alexanderd I have cracked it!!! the footballer is Calderwood a fomer Hibs player and now their manager.I must confess this was my husbands idea so I checked it out.Again thanks for your help It put us on to erwood bit kjsgran
