We are thinking of buying a portable Satelite dish and reciever, for camping in a tent!
Will we then be able to recieve television in any part of the u.k.?

Assuming you have a clear, unobstructed view of the sky in the correct direction then yes. (also assuming you have power for a sat receiver and a TV in the tent!)
