I have been prescribed a short course of the these tablets, one to be taken at night for the relief of anxiety/sleeplessness. There's no information leaflet in the packet (only been given 14 tablets so they were cut off a larger strip from manufacturers box). On the prescription label it states 'take one at night' but do I swallow this tablet or as I've read on a medical website earlier, let the tablet dissolve under the tongue? The info appears vague even on the website giving the instruction leaflet in PDF form. I cannot ask my doctor/pharmacy now as its too late but don't want to swallow it if I'm supposed to let it dissolve under my tongue & vice versa. Any advice welcome. thanks

you can do either. If you take it subligually, it'll work quicker but last shorter
