Lol i worked in the morisson pie shop for few months and i must tell. I completelly NOT RECOMEND morisson pies. All Item are reduced to clear out but People are NOT AWARE how are the pies handled and How are they put in the OVEN and that hey are BAKED from FROZEN. They really taste like Sugar. NO TASTE AT ALL. Not to talk about how are they handled by staff. Pies are left in the floor, No health and safety at all.

Short crust pastry, made with plain flour to half the mount of fat (marg & lard) Mix until bread crumb texture then add cold water till it forms soft dough, do not over mix.

Chuck steak or beef skirt, onions(lots) swede potato salt pepper
Cut all the filling in to small cubes, roll out pastry into rounds add filling fold and bake at 200c for 20 mins.

Mum also says she cooks the meat first then adds veg and seasons

Yeah i did get it sorted. I have reinstanted work after a very traumatic month. They have decided not to do anything because they had only 1 month but i could have been sacked in a short notice. Probabily they didnt want it. The area personnal manager, she said next time this will be brought up together if similar situation happens.
