I have a nokia C5-00 .but it wont let me send texts as it says I am offline.
It has a x in the lefthand corner and says offline. I only use the phone for texts and calls , not the internet. Can anyone help please . In easy to understand stages . As you can tell I'm not a tecknophobe ... Many thanks for any help.

have you spoken to your service provider? mine does this occasionaly but switching it off and on usually sorts it :-)
