well, seeing as my previous doctor was Dr Shipman and my current doctor prescribed me extremely addictive antidepresants for two years longer than he should have done, i would say i have as much faith in so-called 'professional' medicine as so called 'quack'! By the way, the guy with the camera - true or otherwise - diagnosed my state of well-being and gave a lot more positive and sensible recommendations (rest, sleep, exercise, diet, vitamins) than my NHS doctor did who bunged me on bloody appalling medication! i would dearly love anything, whether a placebo or not, that helps me feel better and more energised! He's also actually made me stop and think about my lifestyle (I am a full time working single mum with a toddler) and think about positive changes rather than using medication to mask symptoms...
