I quite like cabbage too. Red or white. Nice raw in a salad or homemade coleslaw (can't stand the shop-bought stuff).

yeah zzxxee, since monday, and i can safely say that since I now can no longer have them, im become obsessed with the goodies that made me a lard arse in the first place. I WANTTTTTTTT them :-(

You lot are being really good!!..I've just had a pile of beef stir-fry.... then let myself down for afters..I had a caramel choux bun!! ...It was blummin yummy though! ...lol
B00 just think of the lard arses that will be walking around in a few months time. when you will be lovely and slim by sticking to your diet now........... Now my Yorkshire puds don't look so attractive.
Sadly zzxxee, i AM getting to be that way, that's why im on a diet, can't be doing with the double chin thing i got going on right now!

i have gone up a dress size in the last 12 months from a neat size 12 to a VERY comfy 14 but now at 38 i know i will never be like i was at 21 so, i enjoy my food go swimming twice a week i love walking in the woods but, refuse to live on leaves !!!!!!!!!!!!.
I've just had a double egg sandwich and some cheesy moments, and had to spray the house, lol
Yeah it is crap. Even crapper that I've still got 2 stone to lose :o((((((

Zz, I'm still wearing my maternity stuff from last year and I begrudge buying a bigger sizes when I know I'm going to lose the weight. All my clothes from before are 10/12 and I seriously want t get back into them.
I have nothing at the moment, I ate a tuna and sweetcorn roll on the way home from work, not hungry now!
Eaten my spuds (no, not my party trick haha)
Still hungry, I am going to start a fridge raid if I am not careful. I know... a yoghurt with chopped up banana, keep it healthy!

im sure you will do it tiggs i just dont have the will power now. As long as i know im healthy and dont eat to much junk food excercise, then i know im ok
But i still enjoy my food x

Potatoes, fish fingers and peas. Fruit cocktail to follow. Gig later :-)
Lamb steaks(reduced in the co-op) fried onions,roast potatoes, savoy cabbage and carrots and best part of a bottle of red(special offer Tesco's) I feel very mellow.
