No pictures in IE5 /URLS / Outlook

Why cant I get pictures on IE 5.1 any more please ? If I forward the mail elsewhere they seem to be able to get them!Also when I open a web page, more often than not I cannot load the pictures - takes about 4 attempts on average. I had a new motherboard fitted but everything else works ok ! I have checked and the box for receiving pictures IS ticked.

I assume you have checked your Internet Options advanced page. If this is all O.K, have you set your security settings correctly. They should be on Internet with medium control.
