Have managed to complete this crossword unaided - bar 2! Can anyone pl enlighten me on:
6d: "Sheets for those singing out loud (5) ?u?r?
24a: "Almost stop bid to gain access (5) ?n?e? I think it must be 'entry' but this doesn't seem to fit the clue.
I have searched and no-one else has already asked these 2. I guess it's just me who can't see these! Thanks for help.

Thank you all. Quire is so obvious, but I just couldn't think of it. And I DID do a search on the web site before posting my question, as I always do, but it didn't lead me to the answer post that had already been given.
