So if dev had no insurance on his shop/building

does that mean he had no public liability insurance ? Can't he claim off the policy of whoever caused the accident? Or did they already have the inveftigation and it was noones fault? Was Mollie insured to work there?

Thats what i just said to my husband. Would the costs not be covered by the faulty partys insurance?? was it Nick or the Gas company??
And Peter got up the stairs in the Barlow's quick enough,once he put the crutch down.!! So many mistakes it's ridiculous.

well they don't, they go from Piccadilly, you can get to Wigan Wallgate from manchester Victoria though, maybe she was going to Wigan, people do you know
