I have read that it calms down hot tempers and is good for ones well being.
Does anybody here practice moonbathing and do you feel you benefit from it ?

still if you moon bathe at least you dont get hot and sticky and need your factor 30 !!!

gawd blimey misses, got goosebumps just reading the link. Too cold at the moment, maybe in the height of summer...just maybe ....
I can imagine that basking in a mozzie-free tropical or hot mediterranean moonlit night would be lovely.
You get hypothermia and arrested in Lancashire.
It was minus 17 or less last night here, so I can't say I'm tempted.
Moonlight's cold sunlight....

That sounds very interesting, sallabananas. Would like to meet you (and your neighbours) sometime. I thought that this was for vampires only, as well.

ive decided to give this moonbathing lark a go !!!
I tried it once, laid across a neighbours hedge.
It wasn't intentional - the bacardi was to blame

Have not seen the Moon for ages, too cloudy..........wanted a glimpse of the Northern Lights but no show...........
