Can anyone identify this variety of Tetra please? Bright orange with red eyes and fins and lateral line, looks a bit vampire-ish to be honest!

Many tetras can look like that under gro-lux lights, usually found above tanks in shops. Is this one that you have in your tank? If so try a photo.

Suggest you type "tetra orange" with images on in Google and see if you can identify one similar. It wouldn't surprise me if it is a colour mutation of a more common tetra
