Blackberry problems - video uploading

Hi I have a blackberry Curve 8520 and am able to upload videos fine but they have no audio. I have tried Google and they talk about converting etc...

I have no idea what I need to do. Can someone help but in lament terms? Please don't send me a link to a technical page I don't understand them!
