At the end of the day it is worth £2 which in the scheme of things is zilch, not worth the postage to cash it in. Every bond has the same chance of winning as numbers are drawn at random. It is just that there are more new bonds than old so the winners list looks like more new bonds have won. You might as well hang on to it, you never know, it may just be a big winner one day.
