Excel 2007 Spreadsheet- problems saving!

I have some figures on a excel spreadsheet which I have saved. I copy it all onto my usb and put on another pc, when I open it up on the other pc, it has not saved my new info, it shows the info I had before I amended and saved it. I am totally confused!!

you may have saved the older copy! can you re-trace your steps on the original PC?

I only have one copy on my pc that I keep updating.
