Theme tune to Shopping (1994)

Does anyone know what the title of the theme tune to the 1994 film 'Shopping' (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0111173/) is called, and who it's by? The one I'm talking about is the tune, right at the beginning of the film that's played over the opening credits whilst the camera is looking straight down from a plane flying over a cityscape.

According to the IMDb, the music for the film was done by Barrington Pheloung, but whenever I search Amazon for his work, all I get back is Inspector Morse (and I'm fairly sure this music wasn't used there).

I saw the film when it first became available for rental. I can't remember the song but for some reason I keep thinking of the Pet Shop Boys "Shoping" I asked my husband and he said exactly the same thing as me.
