my girlfriend made me valentines cupcakes, I managed to scoff 4 of them while watching the rugby yesterday! Definite wife-material that lass!!

I'm making romantic Ben and Jerry's Phish Food later. I might even put it in a bowl.
Actually I'm making the husband his favorite meal, but cakes are a good idea, i might have to make some this afternoon. trashy heart shaped ones covered in red edible glitter.

of course she was! We went for a meal on Saturday night and the 40 red roses are being delivered this morning, and, without wanting to sound too soppy, for every occasion we've been together I write her a daft lil poem, gotta finish that off later!

1) Not being a lovesick teenager I can't be bothered with Valentine's day
2) OH is diabetic so no cake for him
3) If he did decide he wanted a cake he'd have to bake it himself :-P

We have been married for 39 years and never celebrated Valentines day!! Can't say it worries me at all.
