AYEEE! I'd never heard of it till PP posted this.
I just watched one episode about a guy with collosal piles.
I've never seen bum-grapes like this ! (actually I've never seen them at all).
It was very clever the way they dealt with them though - no cutting, no blood, just this device called a "halo" some tying off of the offending blood vessels and hey presto ...Emma Freuds gone in 20 min !
