I think the PDSA can help with cheaper costs

By looking at Google, you may need to receive either Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit though.

RSPCA will only help if there is an RSPCA clinic near you. PDSA will help if you are on certain benefits, google them and it will tell you how to apply.
