What is a Push Shot in snooker?

I am no expert, but i believe it is when a player is judged to have pushed the cue ball, rather than cueing cleanly. A push shot could give an unfair advantage, and is judged to be a foul.

I think it's when the Cue,the White ball and the Object ball are touching.

brionon - that's called a 'touching ball.

In that instance, the player's last shot left the cue ball toucing an object ball. The referee advises the incoming player of a 'touching ball' - this means that the player is judged to have already struck the object ball, and he can direct the cue ball anywhere else on the table without a penalty.

A push shot is when the cue ball makes contact with the object ball while the cue is still in contact with the cue ball if that makes sense ?
