I have recently joined up with club nokia but I have not recieved my membership card and so cant remeber my membership number and stuff. I cant see how to get help with this on the site can anyone help?

Its a waste of time anyway, you never get any sense out of them if you have handset problems, Nokia customer services are even worse, I have been a Nokia user for over 10 years and always have to rely on high st Nokia service centre's, (franchises).
