they stay in stock until they sell all the stock and can no longer replace it. They may sell out well before a sale, or they may have loads in the sale as no-one bought them
If it is a popular/fashionable item it may sell out really quickly.
There is only ever so many of an item made and some one some where does the buying for that store and so will know how many they have bought. I get soooo mad when i'm told "We dont know if we are getting them in again as we do not know what is coming untill it gets here" WELL RING YOU BLODDY BUYER THEN AND FIND OUT FOR ME GRRRR. sophie you could see if they will ring the buyer ha ha..........sorry for the rant ha ha
I'd get it now if I were you It's always galling to see something later in a sale, but if you really want it I wouldn't hang about.
Check the time allowed before you can take it back for a refund. Its usually 28 days. Buy it less than 28 days before the sale. Go to the sale on the first day. Take the jacket. If its in the sale, get your money back and buy it in the sale.
