Graphic dreams & sleepwalking

I read that its extremely unusual for an adult to begin sleepwalking..... Ive never sleptwalked in my life untill other week :0( quite scared by that but the dreams i hve are soooo graphic and quite disturbing sometimes i just wonder whats causing it!! I dont sleep great anyhow and i wake up exhausted dont thnk i ever switch off!! Its not for everyone i know but i was told recently i have too much spiritual activity in my dreams! Beginning to believe it...! Ha! X

I am the same tinkerbell, but as yet I haven't taken up sleepwalking. I have had graphic disturbing dreams for as long as I can remember and like you wake up exhausted. A refreshing night's sleep with be absolutely great!! As for spiritual activity, well I just don't know, all I know is that my dreams are out of this world.
