When applying for a replacement driving licence if you provide a birth certificate and letter from DWP do you still have to get the photo signed?

marwell - why do you need a replacement? What form No are you using?
If you're simply seeking a replacement (photographic) licence where no details have changed (and the original document hasn't expired) you can simply do it by phone or online, without the need for any documentation.

If you're simply renewing the photo on your licence you don't have to get it signed. Otherwise you might have to.
