Is that Wayne Brady on the show tonight? Can't see him on any listings. If you watch him on the US version of "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" he is quite brilliant so surprised to see him on this particular show.

The outro does indeed confirm that it is Wayne Brady. Josie Lawrence was the best of the singers on the UK original version of WLIIA but Wayne was quite superb on the US version.

However, you can't beat Colin Mochrie and especially Ryan Stiles.
