Does Heinz cream of mushroom soup have actual lumps of mushroom in it or is is completely smoothe?

If it is "cream" of mushroom, it should be smooth and creamy.

I thought it would be smoothe but the picture on the can looks as though it has bits in it. And I don't do bits.

You could always get a sieve. Tinned soups seem very salty.

It's more something to have for lunch when I'm at work so quick and easy is what I was thinking.

If I was on can't cook, won't cook I would be in both categories. :oS
