Where have all the Northern Echo Superbrainers gone this year ? Surely they can't all have completed the quiz without any help. Have they moved to another site? Has anybody seen them elsewhere? Am I the only thickie left?

I believe that the quiz setter has asked people not to ask for answers on here and most of them have complied.

That's interesting where did you hear that ? It dosn't say anything on the application form. I did wonder if in fact they were being screened by Answerbank, and then rejected due to complaints in previous years. That said I will ask questions when I get stuck, I don't see how it is any different from all the other quizzes on this site.

I wasn't aware of any requests from the quizmaster not to use this site and have already posted a few questions.
IMO you cannot know more than a handful of the 300 answers to this quiz without doing some research and this site is just another resource aand is freely available for all to use.
