Extra virgin oil looks funny

My sis has a large can of extra virgin oil which is kept in a very cold pantry. She decants into a bottle as necessary. When she went to do this yesterday, it was difficult to pour - on its way to solidifying - and had some white streaks in it. She presumes that the cold air has caused this, but does anyone know if the oil is ok and safe to use? TIA.

No. But I do know my fridge is rather cold, and a jar of olives in olive oil has become a jar of olives in white fat.

It should be fine. The oil is just reacting to the cold temperature.
It's fine, just cold. As the oil returns to normal room temp it will become clear and fluid again. No risk to health,
I think it should be fine too. Bring it back into the warm and see if it returns to its usual consistency.
If when you warm it up to room temperature it becomes liquid again then it is OK.
The labels on some bottles of olive oil say that this will happen if they ger roo cold. Warm it, and it'll become clear again. It doesn't affect the oil.

Wow indeed! Thanks very much for all the answers - all identical too! Not sure about the sell-by date but sis is v careful. Really appreciate all the replies.
