I would like to know what the legal requirements are in setting up a non-profit making old car club, with a membership fee of £15pa. We would do 6 or 7 3 - 4 hour car runs per month in spring/summer time. We already have a bank account with two authorised signatories. Do I legally have to have an elected committee with a chairman, secretary and treasurer, and is it a legal requirement to have regular committee meetings
